The Rewild Portrait Experience and boudoir photography sessions I offer across the South Island of New Zealand are built around one simple idea: you deserve to see yourself clearly, maybe for the first time in a while. These sessions give you room to explore self-acceptance and body confidence at your own pace, whether that means stepping into a part of yourself you've kept hidden, or simply remembering what it feels like to be present in your own body after years of feeling disconnected from it. You're never doing this alone. I'm right there with you the whole way.
The Rewild Portrait Experience is something I created myself: a blend of traditional boudoir photography with wild portraits out in nature, fine art style. These sessions aren't just about getting good photos. They're about creating space to explore the parts of yourself that self-doubt usually keeps hidden, and walking away with images that actually feel like you. I find the most incredible hidden gems across Aotearoa New Zealand from the Catlins and Milford Sound to quiet corners of the West Coast, wherever feels right for your story.
When this kind of space is held safely, by someone trained to do it responsibly, it can genuinely be a catalyst for growth. I've worked with hundreds of women over the years, and that's the thing I hear most often: how much shifts during and after a session. A lot of the women I work with come back for a second, third, even fourth session, because there's always more that surfaces. That's really why I keep doing this work.
What we're making together is real art, not just photos to keep in a folder somewhere. That's always been the goal: images you'll still feel something looking at in twenty years.
